Advantage 3:
Sliding-drive-rail for all 4 x 5.25" FDD space, co-existing assembly for "Drive Rail & Screw Bolt" on the 5.25" bracket. Customers even may install the components with screws upon upgrading in the future while losing the sliding rail.

Assembly Process & Advantages
Intel P4 Approved Chassis

Tool-free opening front panel from the bottom ( see Fig.1 )

Advantage 1:
Screw-less & wireless front panel: Snapping-on front panel, no screws for front panel installation or even for face changing in the future, cable holder is fixed over the front metal.
(see Fig.2) (Open case from step 1. to step 2. or from step 2. to step 1. are all acceptable)

*Open the Top-cover by only one Thumb screw.
(see Fig.3)
*Top-Cover forward to the rear-panel direction for opening.
(see Fig.4)

Fix the sliding-drive-rail well on the right and left side of CD-ROM in advance (see Fig.6), and then slide the CD-ROM forward to the 5.25"FDD space. (You may use screws as an optional mean to fasten the 5.25" devices upon the bracket.) (see Fig.8 & 9)

Datach the 3.5" bracket out of the case body firstly for fixing FDD/HDD individual, then clip the 3.5" bracket on upon FDD/HDD are assembled. No Screws are needed. Two additional screws left (on the top-right and top-lelt side) to help the connection between 5.25" and 3.5" brackets for better dropping testing solution.
(see Fig.7)

Advantage 4:
Detachable 3 5" bracket is to simplify the assembly and to help the maintenance In the future especially for bulk orders.

Fix the stand-off or Brass screws upon the marked positions (see Fig. 8 & 10) on the M/B base, load the M/B and fasten with screws.

Advantage 5:
Co-existing for stand-off and brass-screw on the M/B base fixing thread to meet different requirements from customers.

Advantage 6:
(1)
Only need one screw to fix the add-on cards to 7 slots.(see Fig. 10)
(2)
3 second fan spaces for Better Ventilation for System:
In addition to the cooling fan coming with the Power Supply, there are 3 optional spaces for 8 cm Fans. (see Fig. 10 - the Fan 1,2 and 3) While you install (Fan 1)to cool the system/HDD off. it also brings the cost-saving benefit since it's unnecessary to install HDD cooler again.

Advantage 7: (see Fig. 11)
(1)
Super Capacity for a Midi-Tower Case with 9 Drive Spaces: 5.25" (external) x 4, 3.5" (external) x 2 & 3.5" (internal) x 3.
(2)
The maximum malnboard size is : 12" x 9.6 (or 30.5 x 24.5 cm)
TK-3000(V.02) extend the depth of its chassis with enough space to support 4 of 5.25" and 5 of 3.5" devices when put Full-size ATX M/B. By the way, this case is compatible with ATX, micro ATX & Baby AT M/B.
(3)
No components go across the up of M/B base, assemblers have free space to work! Any future changes for CPU layout location or the height of add-on cards won't cause compatible problem at all.
(4)
Power Supply disassembled is unnecessary because it is located Above/out of the M/B base.
